Where to Start
If technology has become a source of real conflict, anxiety, or disconnection in your life or home, therapy gives you a structured space to understand what's really happening — not just on the surface, but underneath it.
Therapy is the right fit when:
Technology has become a source of real conflict in your home. Arguments, shutdowns, or ongoing tension that isn't improving
Your child or teen is showing signs of anxiety, withdrawal, or mood changes connected to their screen use
You're personally struggling with compulsive phone use, social media anxiety, or feelings of isolation affecting your daily life
The whole family feels stuck and you've already tried setting rules, taking devices away, or having the conversation, and nothing is sticking
There's something deeper going on beneath the surface that needs more than tips and strategies
We look at the patterns, the relationships, the history, and the habits that are keeping things stuck — and we work through them together.
Therapy services may be covered by insurance depending on your plan.
Or… Get Coached
Coaching is for people who want practical guidance, not a diagnosis. There's no clinical intake, no insurance paperwork, and no waiting for an authorization to come through. Just a focused conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and a clear plan to get there. If you'd rather build skills than process history, this is where to start..

II offer coaching, therapy, and community education.
Coaching services include individual tech coaching, parent coaching, and family coaching. Whether you're working through your own relationship with technology, trying to figure out screen time rules for your kids, or looking to get your whole family on the same page, coaching is a practical and goal-focused way to get there.
Therapy services are also available for individuals and families with clinical mental health needs.
Beyond one-on-one and family work, I offer family technology audits and presentations for schools, parent groups, workplaces, and other community organizations.

Coaching is forward-focused. We identify goals and build practical skills and strategies to help you get there. It's action-oriented and doesn't require a diagnosis or focus on past experiences. Therapy goes deeper into emotional and mental health concerns, explores patterns rooted in history, and is appropriate when there's a clinical need. Depending on what you're working through, one may be a better fit than the other, or we may find that a blend makes the most sense. I'm happy to talk through which direction might be right for you.
-
I bring a dual background in both coaching and therapy, which means I can meet you where you actually are rather than fitting you into one box. I'm also able to accept insurance for therapy services, which makes that support more accessible. And unlike a general therapist or life coach, my work is specifically focused on the intersection of technology and wellbeing, so you're getting someone who thinks deeply about these issues every day, not just as a side topic.
-
Not at all. While technology is a core focus of my practice, I work with individuals and families on a range of coaching and therapy needs. If you're dealing with stress, relationship dynamics, parenting challenges, or personal growth goals that aren't tech-related, there's still a good chance I can help. Reach out and we can talk through whether we're a good fit.
